Terms of Use & Privacy Policy

Please read these terms carefully before subscribing. Last updated: July 2026.

⚠️ Risk warning

Do your due diligence before you invest in gold/precious metals. We do not give financial advice. This Telegram community and website are for educational/entertainment purposes only.

Terms of Use

Throughout these Terms of Use, "we", "us" and "our" refer to One New Dawn Rising Ltd, trading as Essential Vibration. "You" and "your" refer to anyone who visits, browses, or makes a purchase through this website.

By accessing or using this website, or by purchasing any product or subscription from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, together with any additional policies referenced here or made available by hyperlink (including our Privacy Policy). These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, subscribers, and contributors of content.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the site. If you do not agree with any part of them, you should not access the website or use our services. If we introduce new features or tools to the site, these Terms will apply to them too.

We may update, change or replace these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. It's your responsibility to check back periodically. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept those changes.

We do our best to keep the content on this website accurate, up to date and useful, but we can't guarantee it will always be perfect — mistakes can happen.

1.Eligibility

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province or country of residence, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian to use the site if you are not.

You must not use our products or subscriptions for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, and you must not violate any laws applicable in your jurisdiction, including copyright law, in the course of using the Service. Any breach of these Terms will result in the immediate termination of your access to our Services.

2.Provision of Service

Unless stated otherwise, everything on this website is intended for English-language readers and for audiences outside the United Kingdom. We cannot guarantee that our products or services will work, be suitable, or even be available if you are accessing the site from another country, since laws vary by location and we may not be able to meet every local requirement. If you're visiting from outside the UK, it is your responsibility to check that your use of the site complies with the rules that apply where you are.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

When making a purchase, please do not switch or close your browser partway through — keeping the same browser window open gives the best chance of a successful transaction. We cannot guarantee that your access email will arrive if you experience a browser issue, and we are not responsible for problems caused this way.

Some of the information you submit (excluding payment card details) may be transmitted unencrypted across various networks and may be adapted to suit the technical requirements of those networks or devices. Payment card information is always encrypted in transit.

3.Access, Subscriptions and Activation

After subscribing, you will receive an email containing a time-sensitive, one-time passcode (OTP) link.

  • The Telegram channel link containing the OTP is valid for 10 minutes only.
  • The fractional gold vault link and any bonus link remain valid indefinitely, with no time expiry, unless they become invalid due to the actions of another company or as a result of a force majeure event outside our control (see Section 13).

4.Prohibited Uses

You must not use this site or its content:

  • for any unlawful purpose, or to encourage others to carry out unlawful acts;
  • to breach any applicable international, national, or local law or regulation;
  • to infringe our intellectual property rights or those of any third party;
  • to harass, abuse, defame, intimidate, or discriminate against any person on any grounds;
  • to submit false or misleading information, or impersonate another person;
  • to upload or transmit viruses, worms, or any other malicious or destructive code;
  • to collect or track other people's personal information without consent;
  • to spam, phish, scrape, crawl, or otherwise misuse data from the site;
  • for any obscene or immoral purpose; or
  • to interfere with or attempt to bypass the security features of the site or the Service.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service immediately if you breach any of these prohibited uses.

5.Optional Third-Party Tools

We may give you access to tools provided by third parties that we do not monitor or control. Such tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranty or endorsement from us, and we accept no liability arising from your use of them. If you choose to use them, you do so entirely at your own risk, and you should review the relevant third party's own terms before doing so.

Any new tools, features, or services we introduce in future will also be governed by these Terms.

6.Third-Party Links

From time to time you may find links on our site that take you to third-party websites. Once you click through, you leave our site and enter a space we don't control, and we are not responsible for the content, accuracy, products, or services found there. We accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or transactions with, third-party sites. Please review their own terms and policies before engaging with them, and direct any complaints about third-party products or services to that third party directly.

7.Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information

Information on this site is provided for general purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision. We are not responsible if content on the site is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and any reliance you place on it is at your own risk.

The site may also contain historical information, which is provided for reference only and may no longer be current. We may update the site's content at any time but are under no obligation to do so, and it's your responsibility to check for any changes that matter to you.

Occasionally the site may contain typographical errors or omissions relating to descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct these and to update or cancel any related order at any time, without prior notice, including after an order has been placed. We are under no obligation to update or clarify information except where required by law.

8.Modifications to the Service and Pricing

Prices for our products and subscriptions may change without notice. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time without notice, and we won't be liable to you or any third party for doing so.

We also reserve the right, at our discretion, to limit sales of our products or subscriptions to particular people, regions, or jurisdictions, and to limit the quantities available. Product descriptions and pricing may change at any time. We don't guarantee that any product, service, or information will meet your expectations, or that all errors in the Service will be corrected.

9.Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order or subscription, including where multiple orders appear to share the same account, payment card, or billing details, or where an order appears to have been placed by a reseller or distributor. If we change or cancel an order, we'll try to notify you using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when making a purchase, and to keep your account details (including your email address and payment information) up to date so we can process transactions and contact you when needed.

10.Refunds and Cancellations

We do not offer refunds, cancellations of purchases, or grace periods.

If you wish to stop your subscription, your access to the Telegram channel will end following your first missed payment, when you are removed from the channel. Your fractional gold vault link and any bonus link remain yours regardless of whether you cancel or lapse on your Telegram subscription. Late or non-payment will be treated as a cancellation, and you will need to revisit this website and resubscribe if you wish to regain access to the channel.

When you make a purchase you need to keep your internet browser open and not change or refresh it. We are not responsible for any failed checkouts for any reason.

Cooling-off period: Because no refunds are given, we do not operate a cooling-off period. If you change your mind after subscribing, you will need to cancel the payment directly with your bank or card provider, and the standard cancellation terms above will then apply.

11.Termination

We reserve the right to terminate the Service, this website, or any associated Telegram channel at any time, without notice. We will try to notify users where possible, but this may not always be achievable.

Separately, if in our reasonable judgement you breach these Terms, we may terminate this agreement and deny you access to the Service immediately and without notice, and you will remain responsible for any amounts already due. You may also end your subscription at any time by notifying us or by ceasing to use the site. Obligations that arose before termination — including any outstanding payments — will survive termination.

12.User Comments, Feedback and Submissions

If you send us comments, ideas, suggestions, or other content whether requested by us or not, you agree that we may use, edit, publish, or distribute them in any medium, without obligation to keep them confidential, pay you for them, or respond to them.

We may, but are not obliged to, monitor or remove any content we consider unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes someone's rights or breaches these Terms.

You are solely responsible for anything you submit, and you confirm that it won't infringe anyone else's rights, contain unlawful or abusive material, include viruses or malware, or misrepresent your identity. We accept no liability for content submitted by you or by other users. You can contact us by writing to us at this address: One New Dawn Rising Ltd, 406a The Retreat, Roding Lane South, Woodford Green, Essex, England, IG8 8EY.

13.Force Majeure

We won't be held liable for any failure or delay in providing our services, content, or any part of our agreement with you where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This can include natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, power or internet outages, loss of equipment, cyberattacks, strikes, pandemics, or any other event we could not reasonably have foreseen or prevented.

If such an event affects your subscription, we'll aim to let you know as soon as reasonably possible — this may be by email or via social media accounts linked to Essential Vibration — and we'll take reasonable steps to restore normal service. Where disruption continues for an extended period, we may pause, adjust, or cancel affected subscriptions, and will consider fair options such as pausing billing where appropriate.

14.Intellectual Property and Copyright

All contents available through our channel and websites including videos, images, text, graphics, logos, and music belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-commercial licence to view and enjoy this content; it does not give you any right to copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, modify, or commercially exploit it without our written permission.

We take the protection of our content seriously. If we find it has been used without permission, we may take action to protect our rights, which can include requesting its removal, suspending or terminating the responsible account, and pursuing legal action, including recovery of damages and legal costs where applicable.

If you believe your own intellectual property has been used on our channel without permission, or that someone else has misused our content, please contact us through this website so we can investigate.

Reporting infringement

If you believe content on our channel infringes your copyright or other rights, please send us a notice including:

  • a description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed;
  • the specific location of the content in question (e.g. a link);
  • your contact details;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised; and
  • a statement that your notice is accurate and that you're authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder.

Once we receive a valid notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or restrict access to the content while we investigate. If you believe your content was removed in error, you can submit a counter-notice explaining why (for example, because you own the rights or the use falls under fair use/fair dealing). If we receive a valid counter-notice, we'll inform the original complainant, and may restore the content if they don't confirm they're pursuing further action within a reasonable time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account of anyone found to have repeatedly infringed copyright or other intellectual property rights.

15.Cookies

Our website uses cookies to help it function properly. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that let a website remember information about your visit.

We only use strictly necessary cookies — those essential to the website and your subscription working correctly, such as keeping you logged in, maintaining basket contents, securing your session, and ensuring the site loads properly. Because these cookies are essential, they can't be switched off through our systems, though you can usually manage or delete cookies through your own browser settings — doing so may affect how parts of the site function.

We hold an exemption for website analytics, and cookie data may be analysed to assess website performance and reach.

Important disclaimer: We provide entertainment services only. We do not give any financial advice.

16.Personal Information

Any personal information you submit through this site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on this website.

17.Disclaimer

By using this website and our services, you agree that we are not providing financial advice. This website and any associated products or services are for educational and entertainment purposes only, and are not regulated by any financial institution in the UK or elsewhere.

18.Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

We work hard to keep our channel and services running smoothly, but we don't guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable. We may remove or suspend the Service for any period, or cancel it entirely, without notice.

The Service and all related products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except where such warranties cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither we nor our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or suppliers will be liable for any loss, damage, or claim including indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential loss such as lost profits, lost data, or loss related to any gold or fractional investment arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even where we've been advised such loss was possible.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Where our liability isn't excluded, our total liability to you for any claim relating to your subscription is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Where a jurisdiction doesn't permit the exclusion or limitation of certain liability, our liability will instead be limited to the maximum extent that jurisdiction allows.

We are also not liable for any loss or damage caused by matters outside our reasonable control, or resulting from your own failure to comply with these Terms.

19.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless One New Dawn Rising Ltd, and our parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, suppliers, and employees, from any claim or demand including reasonable legal fees made by a third party arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

20.Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remainder will be severed from it. This will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

21.Entire Agreement

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be treated as a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with any policies or rules posted on this site, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Service, and supersede any prior agreements or communications, whether written or oral. Any ambiguity in these Terms will not be construed against the party that drafted them.

22.Governing Law

These Terms, and any separate agreement under which we provide you with Services, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

23.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at our discretion by posting a revised version on this page. It's your responsibility to check the site periodically for changes. Continuing to use the site or the Service after any changes are posted means you accept them.

Privacy Policy

Essential Vibration — trading name of One New Dawn Rising Ltd

Last updated: 10 July 2026

1.Introduction

One New Dawn Rising Ltd, trading as Essential Vibration ("we", "us", "our"), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, who we share it with, and what rights you have — in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR).

Data Controller: One New Dawn Rising Ltd is the data controller responsible for your personal data.

Postal address: 406a The Retreat, Roding Lane South, Woodford Green, Essex, IG8 8EY.

Scope: This policy applies to our website GodsGoldPlan.com, any associated mobile applications, and to purchases and communications made through it.

Where we ask you to provide personal data because we are legally required to, or because it is necessary to perform a contract with you, we will make this clear at the point of collection. Where our use of your data relies on your consent — for example, marketing emails or non-essential cookies — you will always be given a clear choice, and you can change your mind at any time (see Section 11, "Your Rights", and Section 5, "Cookies").

2.Data We Collect

We may collect, use, store, and transfer different kinds of personal data about you, grouped as follows:

  • Identity Data: first name, last name, username, title, date of birth, and gender.
  • Contact Data: billing address, delivery address, email address, and telephone number.
  • Financial Data: bank account and payment card details, processed securely via our payment providers — we do not store full card numbers ourselves (see Section 8, "Payment Security").
  • Transaction Data: details of payments to and from you, and details of products and services you have purchased.
  • Usage Data: information about how you use our website, products, and services.
  • Marketing and Communications Data: your marketing preferences and communication preferences, including any consent you have given us.

We do not knowingly collect childrens data or Special Category Data (such as data about race, health, or religion) unless it is explicitly required for a specific service and you have given us your explicit consent to process it.

3.How We Collect Your Data

  • Direct interactions: you may give us your Identity, Contact, and Financial Data by filling in forms, creating an account, placing an order, or corresponding with us by post, phone, or email.
  • Automated technologies: as you interact with our website, we automatically collect Technical Data about your device and Usage Data about your browsing actions, using cookies and server logs (see Section 5).
  • Third parties: we may receive personal data about you from third parties such as analytics providers (e.g. Google), advertising networks, payment processors, and search information providers.

4.How We Use Your Data and Our Legal Basis

If you are an existing customer, we may contact you about similar products or services on the basis of the "soft opt-in" permitted by PECR, and you can object at any time.

You can withdraw your consent to marketing whenever you like, free of charge, by using the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email or by contacting us using the details in Section 15. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of anything we did with your data before you withdrew it, and it does not affect data we process on a different legal basis (for example, to fulfil an order).

5.Cookies and Similar Technologies (PECR)

Our website uses cookies to distinguish you from other users, which helps us provide a good experience and improve our site.

  • Strictly Necessary Cookies: required for the website to function (e.g. shopping cart, secure login). These do not require your consent.
  • Analytical/Performance Cookies: help us recognise and count visitors and see how they move around our site. In line with current ICO guidance, we configure these for privacy (aggregated data) and provide an easy opt-out.
  • Functionality Cookies: recognise you when you return (e.g. remembering language preferences).
  • Targeting/Advertising Cookies: record your visit, the pages you view, and the links you follow. We always obtain your explicit, prior consent before placing these cookies.

You can set your browser to refuse some or all cookies, or to alert you when a website sets or accesses cookies. If you disable or refuse cookies, some parts of this website may become inaccessible or not function properly.

6.Sharing Your Data with Third Parties

We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients:

  • Service providers: IT and system administration providers, hosting providers, payment processors (e.g. Stripe), and delivery couriers.
  • Professional advisers: lawyers, bankers, auditors, accountants, and insurers.
  • Regulators and authorities: HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) and other bodies, where required by law.

Our third-party service providers are only permitted to use your personal data to the extent necessary to provide their services to us, and are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations (see Section 9). Some providers — particularly payment gateways — will also act as separate data controllers for certain purposes and have their own privacy policies; we recommend reading these before completing a purchase.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, plug-ins, and applications. Clicking on these links may allow third parties to collect or share data about you. We do not control these third-party sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Once you leave our website, this policy no longer applies, and we encourage you to read the privacy notice of every site you visit.

7.International Transfers

Some of our third parties (for example, cloud hosting or email marketing providers) may be based, or process data, outside the UK. Where this happens, your data may become subject to a different legal and regulatory regime than the UK. We only transfer personal data outside the UK where at least one of the following safeguards is in place:

  • The destination country has been assessed as offering an adequate level of protection; or
  • We use specific contracts approved for use in the UK, such as the International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, which give your personal data the same protection it has in the UK.

You can request further details of the safeguards we use for a specific transfer by contacting us (Section 15).

8.Payment Security

All direct payment gateways we use adhere to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS), as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council (an initiative of Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, among others). PCI-DSS helps ensure the secure handling of your card information by our website and its service providers.

Where you provide card information, it is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL technology and, where stored by our processors, protected using AES-256 encryption. We do not store full card numbers ourselves. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, but we follow PCI-DSS requirements and other generally accepted industry security standards.

9.Data Retention

We only keep your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary in UK law and to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including to satisfy any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or reporting requirements.

  • Customer account data: retained for 6 years after your last purchase, for tax and legal purposes.
  • Marketing data: retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent.
  • Technical/Usage data: typically retained for 26 months for analytics purposes.

To decide the appropriate retention period, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure, the purposes for which we process it, and any applicable legal requirements.

10.Confidentiality

We treat your personal data as confidential. Access to your personal data is limited to employees, agents, contractors, and other third parties who have a genuine business need to know it in order to provide our services to you. Anyone who processes your personal data on our behalf does so only on our documented instructions and is bound by a contractual duty of confidentiality, in the same spirit as the confidentiality obligations that apply to those who handle personal data in an official or professional capacity under data protection law. Confidentiality obligations continue to apply even after someone's involvement with us ends.

11.Your Rights

Under the UK GDPR, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

  • Right of access — to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification — to ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") — to ask us to delete your data in certain circumstances.
  • Right to restrict processing — to ask us to limit how we use your data in certain circumstances.
  • Right to data portability — to ask us to transfer your data to you or another organisation in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Right to object — to object to processing based on legitimate interests, or to direct marketing at any time.
  • Rights related to automated decision-making — to not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing (including profiling) that produces legal or similarly significant effects, save in limited circumstances.
  • Right to withdraw consent — where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 15. We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month; if a request is particularly complex, this may take longer, and we will keep you informed. There is normally no charge for exercising these rights, although we may ask for information to confirm your identity.

12.Data Security

We have put in place appropriate technical and organisational security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered, or disclosed. We limit access to your personal data to those who have a genuine business need to know it, and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality (see Section 10). Card and payment data is additionally protected as described in Section 8. We have procedures in place to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where the law requires us to do so.

13.Liability and Your Right to Compensation

We are responsible, as data controller, for complying with the UK GDPR in respect of the personal data we process, and we require any processor acting on our behalf to provide sufficient guarantees that it will do the same.

If you suffer material damage (such as financial loss) or non-material damage (such as distress) as a result of our infringing the UK GDPR, you may be entitled to compensation from us. Where more than one controller or processor is involved in processing that causes you damage, each may be held liable for the full amount of that damage, subject to the safeguards in the legislation; a controller or processor will not be liable for an event that gave rise to damage where it can show it was not in any way responsible for that event. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any right to compensation, or any other statutory right, that you have under the UK GDPR or other applicable law.

This section is a summary of your general legal position and is provided for information only — it is not legal advice, and it does not replace or limit your statutory rights. If you believe you have suffered damage as a result of how your data has been handled, you may wish to seek independent legal advice or contact the Information Commissioner's Office (see Section 14).

14.How to Complain

We hope we can resolve any concern you have about how we handle your personal data. Please contact us in the first instance using the address details.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint at any time with the UK's supervisory authority for data protection issues, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO):

  • Website: ico.org.uk
  • Telephone: 0303 123 1113
  • Post: Information Commissioner's Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF.

You also have the right to seek an effective judicial remedy against us directly, if you consider that your rights under the UK GDPR have been infringed as a result of the processing of your personal data.

15.Children and Age of Consent

Our services are intended for adults. Where we rely on consent to provide an information society service directly to a child, UK law sets the age at which a child can give that consent themselves at 13; for children under that age, we require the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using this site, you confirm that you are either 18 or over, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use it.

16.Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top. Where we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, for example by email or a notice on our website, so you are aware of what data we collect, how we use it, and in what circumstances we disclose it.

If our business, or the products or services we offer, are acquired by or merged with another company, your personal data may be transferred to the new owners so that they can continue to provide you with products, services, or subscriptions. Any new owner would remain bound by applicable data protection law in how they handle your data.
